Here’s a simple, 3-Day Detox Diet Plan designed to help you reset your system, reduce bloating, support fat loss, and feel refreshed—without starving or doing anything extreme. It’s rich in whole foods, fiber, hydration, and natural detoxifiers.

🥗 General Guidelines (All 3 Days)

✅ Drink 2.5–3 liters of water daily (infused with lemon, cucumber, or mint if you like)

Lunch

  • Handful of almonds (unsalted)

Dinner
